Chefs from across the country come to the South Pacific with their cooking, their people, and the territory that shaped them. Vamos al Sur gathers them in Uvita de Osa to share tables, not to compete.

This gathering brings different gazes on local product, the sea, and the kitchens that cross the region. The archive groups them by gathering: the poster when there is a portrait, the name when the kitchen is already at the table.
